A waste drying device that can significantly reduce waste disposal costs by drying and reducing medical waste and diapers.
Medical waste treatment device Melt King MD that dries, reduces, and sterilizes items such as disposable diapers and medical waste, capable of reducing waste volume by up to 1/50 and significantly lowering disposal costs.
Infectious medical waste, such as paper diapers, is indirectly heated and dried by blocking the oxygen in the reduction chamber of the device, achieving significant volume reduction. The reduction rate varies depending on the type of waste and moisture content, but up to 98% reduction is possible. For example, food waste can be reduced to 1/10 of its original volume. The system is environmentally friendly as it does not produce dust due to indirect heating and does not incinerate waste, preventing the generation of dioxins. Thanks to patented deodorization technology, odors during heating are significantly reduced, and the operating noise is quiet. Both the reduction chamber and the deodorization chamber have a double structure, ensuring high safety. The processing temperature inside the reduction chamber is low, around 180°C, and since there are no oxidation reactions, the device has a long lifespan. It is equipped with a vibration detection device for emergency response. Currently, many hospitals, elderly care facilities, and rehabilitation centers across Japan have adopted Melt King to reduce waste disposal costs. If desired, demonstrations and tests can be conducted at the manufacturing facility. Additionally, it is possible to visit a hospital in Tokyo that has implemented Melt King. We look forward to your contact.
